Welcome to primeshot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of primeshot's services, including our website, mobile applications, and any other software or services offered by primeshot ("Services").

  • "Content" refers to photos, images, and other materials available through the Services.
  • "Event" refers to any occasion where primeshot's services are utilized.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Biometric Data and Face Matching

We use facial recognition technology to match you with photos from events. If you opt in, we may securely retain your selfie for up to 12 months following your most recent event or subscription activity to support ongoing photo matching.

You may request deletion of your selfie or associated data at any time. We do not sell or share biometric data with third parties.

Selfie Verification

You may be required to provide a selfie for verification and photo matching. Selfies are used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and retained only with your consent.

Social Media Integration

When you choose to connect your social media accounts (e.g., Instagram or LinkedIn):

  • - We collect only the public profile information necessary to provide Services.
  • - Your social media handle may be shared with event organizers for engagement metrics
  • - Your first and last name, along with social media handles and photos from events you attend, may be shared with event organizers or sponsors for engagement analytics and collaboration opportunities (with your consent).
  • - You can disconnect your accounts at any time.

Photo Rights and Usage

Event Photos

Photos taken at events are owned by the event organizers and/or their designated photographers. By using our Services, you grant us permission to process and distribute your photos through our platform.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view, download, and share photos of yourself.

You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute photos that don't feature you. Event organizers retain the right to remove any photos from the platform.

Mobile Terms

When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you agree that primeshot may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. The frequency at which you'll receive our text messages may vary.

Message Charges:
primeshot will never charge you for text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply.

Supported Carriers include major carriers in the U.S. and Canada. This service and the carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Privacy and Security

We collect information necessary to provide our Services, including contact details, event attendance, and usage statistics.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We share relevant data with event organizers and their authorized partners, only as necessary for service functionality. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Event Organizer Rights and Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for:

  • - Obtaining necessary permissions for photo capture and distribution.
  • - Ensuring photographers comply with our platform guidelines.
  • - Managing sponsor relationships and content.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services:

  • - For violations of these Terms.
  • - To comply with legal requirements.
  • - To protect our users or platform integrity.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

We may also update our policies and data practices to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated Terms and our Privacy Policy will be posted on our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
