To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Face Matching Technology

• We use facial recognition technology solely for the purpose of matching you with your photos from events
• Your facial data is processed temporarily during the matching process
• All biometric data is permanently deleted upon user request
• We do not store, sell, or share your biometric data with third parties

Selfie Verification

• You may be required to provide a selfie for identity verification
• The selfie is used only for matching purposes and is deleted after successful verification
• We do not use selfies for any other purpose without your explicit consent

When you choose to connect your social media accounts (such as Instagram or LinkedIn):

• We collect only the profile information necessary for service functionality
• Your social media handle may be shared with event organizers for engagement metrics
• We never sell your social media data to third parties
• You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time

Event Photos

• Photos taken at events are owned by the event organizers and/or their designated photographers
• By using our Services, you grant us permission to process and distribute your photos through our platform
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view, download, and share photos of yourself

Content Restrictions

• You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute photos that don't feature you
• Event organizers retain the right to remove any photos from the platform

Data Collection

• We collect information necessary to provide our Services
• This includes contact information, event attendance data, and usage statistics
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

Data Sharing

• We share relevant data with event organizers and their authorized partners
• Data is shared only as necessary for service functionality
• We never sell personal data to third parties

Event organizers are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permissions for photo capture and distribution
• Ensuring photographers comply with our platform guidelines
• Managing sponsor relationships and content

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services:

• For violations of these Terms
• To comply with legal requirements
• To protect our users or platform integrity

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• We will notify users of material changes
• Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Services "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services

Subscribing and Unsubscribing
